Terms & Conditions

Please review our service policies before booking your appointment at Cova Spa.

1. Appointment Booking & Confirmation

All appointments at Cova Spa are booked through our online scheduling system powered by Square or by contacting us directly via phone, WhatsApp, or email. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation via email or text message. Please ensure that the contact information you provide is accurate so we can reach you regarding your appointment.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. We kindly ask that you notify us of any cancellations or changes at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: A late cancellation fee may apply.
  • No-shows: Clients who fail to show for their appointment without notice may be subject to a fee equal to the full cost of the service.
  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment free of charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client's appointment. The full service fee will still apply.

4. Health Disclosure & Contraindications

For your safety, please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, or areas of concern before your session begins.

Post-surgical lymphatic drainage massage clients must provide written medical clearance from their surgeon before the first session. Cova Spa reserves the right to decline a treatment if there is any concern about the client's safety or well-being.

5. Services & Pricing

All services and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. Current pricing is displayed in our online booking system. Cova Spa reserves the right to adjust rates at any time. Any price changes will not affect appointments that have already been confirmed and paid for.

6. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure Square payment system. We do not accept personal checks.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final once a service has been rendered. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 48 hours so we can work toward a resolution. Refunds for services not yet rendered may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

8. Liability & Assumption of Risk

Massage therapy and related bodywork treatments involve physical manipulation of soft tissue. While generally safe, some clients may experience temporary soreness, redness, or mild discomfort following a session.

Cova Spa and its therapists are not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or complication that may arise from a session, particularly if the client failed to disclose relevant health information. By booking and receiving services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks.

9. Personal Belongings

Cova Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please keep valuables secured during your visit.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is important to us. All personal and health information provided to Cova Spa is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Conduct & Environment

Cova Spa is committed to providing a safe, professional, and respectful environment for all clients and staff. Inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual harassment, aggressive conduct, or intoxication, will not be tolerated. Cova Spa reserves the right to terminate a session immediately and ban the client from future visits without refund.

12. Changes to These Terms

Cova Spa reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
